LifeDemoWave project at the Second International Conference of Offshore Energy.

LifeDemoWave project attended the Second International Conference of Offshore Energy held in October 2015. Camilo J. Carrillo, Doctor Industrial Engineer from the University of Vigo, based his presentation on research in the area of marine energies, and highlighted several traditional lines of research. He exposed that: "University has for years a laboratory for renewable energies and there is a need to commit for inclusion in teaching these subjects; there is no use for us to be experts in marine energy if we are not able to transfer the knowledge to the students". He also mentioned several projects related to marine energy in which the University of Vigo is involved, highlighting among them the LifeDemoWave project.

LifeDemoWave project attendance in the Workshop Tecnologias Marinhas 2015.

On November 12 - 13, 2015 took place at the Hydrographic Institute of Portugal, in Lisbon, the Workshop Tecnologias Marinhas 2015.
