Dear <<First Name>>,
In love and light,
Debbie Jenae

Be well, be safe, be inspired!

Be part of a Global Wave of Peace
Monday September 21
12 Noon • Every Time Zone
 Minute of Silence

Suggestion for a minute of silence: At 12 noon, stop what you're doing. Take a few deep breaths to settle yourself. Imagine sending out the most loving, peaceful, harmonious vibrations across the planet. You can start with those close to you, those in your world. Imagine them at peace. Imagine them surrounded with loving light. Extend those thoughts to anyone, everyone for one glorious minute. Take it a step further and imagine people around the world releasing any negative limiting habits and choosing peaceful interactions and creating kindness opportunities. Actually see people in joy, love, health, and abundance. Positive thinking and visualization is backed by science.
It's not wishful thinking and it's not magic, but it does reflect our best wishes and it can be magical.

"Since 1984, in commemoration of the annual International Day of Peace and in solidarity with the United Nations, the NGO Pathways To Peace inaugurated the Minute of Silence at 12:00 Noon in each time zone, resulting in a “Peace Wave” around the worldIndividuals, organizations, communities and nations are invited to participate in this shared and practical act of peacebuilding on September 21." International Day of Peace
Monday September 21

Peace isn't only the absence of violence. A peaceful society recognizes the gifts we all bring to our environment and encourages that discovery and expression through active acts of compassion, acceptance, and sharing. Peace encourages listening and understanding. Peace encourages cooperation. Peace isn't a battle to achieve. It's a state of mind and heart and spirit. It's what we want. It's for the greater good. And it's totally within our ability to manifest. Recognize and acknowledge it in words and deeds. Peace is always possible and always present. We just need to see.

5 things you can do!

• Be the reflection of what you want to see.
• Watch your language! Be more mindful of your words. Choose positive talk.
• Share a positive/kindness in every encounter.
• Fly a peace flag, turn on holiday lights, plant a peace garden to remind yourself and others about the many things we can do in the name of peace.
• Take care of yourself. The more peaceful you feel, the more you radiate that peace in all your interactions.
