Dear <<First Name>>,

I am amazed by the kindness and creativity.
In love and light,
Debbie Jenae

Be well, be safe, be inspired!

Best Way

Concerned about others not following COVID19 guidelines? According to GreaterGood.com in their article Five Ways to Encourage Safe Behavior During the Pandemic, one of the best ways to encourage participation is to lead by example. When we go outside, we all look to see what everyone else is doing as a gauge. Be a role model. Wear your mask, physically distance, and follow the recommended advice from health professionals. Be a light for others to follow.
Rocking Kindness in Riverside, California

Elena Moreno shares her July 4th celebration display of kindness rocks. She's been painting rocks for retreats for some time but recently decided to make it official with
The Rock Kindness Project. The sign encourages passersby to take a message rock, if you need one, or take one to share with someone who does.

Elena is on a mission to spread cheer and hope with every rock of kindness she paints. And she'll be rocking more kindness in her next display for her elderly mom in San Pedro.

Thanks for sharing, Elena!
An Audience of Plants

The Liceu opera house in Barcelona recently held a concert during the pandemic lockdown. In the audience? 2,292 plants occupied each of the seats normally reserved for the human species. The UceLi String Quartet performed Puccini’s “Crisantemi” (chrysanthemums) for the audience brought in from local nurseries.

“At a time when an important part of humankind has shut itself up in enclosed spaces and been obliged to relinquish movement, nature has crept forward to occupy the spaces we have ceded.” – Eugenio Ampudia, conceptual artist. (in Optimist Daily

After the concert, each of the plants along with a certificate from Ampudia were donated to 2,292 healthcare workers.

Not sure if the smiles in the lights were intentional, but smile they do! =)
