Hiring a Trainee for project management

We are looking for a full-time trainee for project management in our office in Bonn, Germany, starting September 1st 2018.
One of the main tasks will be the preparation, organisation and documentation of the festival “Youth Choirs in Movement” which will take place in Bonn end of June 2019.

EUROPA CANTAT XX Festival: final deadline approaching

27 July to 5 August 2018 | Tallinn, Estonia

The registrations for packages and the online registration system for EUROPA CANTAT XX Tallinn 2018 will close on 30th of April 2018, so if you don't want to miss one of the greatest choral festivals in Europe, sign up right now! 

The registration for one-day-ateliers will be open on the website on May 1st 2018.

EuroChoir 2018: singers selected

19 July to 1 August 2018 | Helsinki (FI) and Tallinn (EE)

48 singers from 19 countries will rehearse for 2 weeks and perform a challenging and exciting program in Helsinki (Finland) and then at the EUROPA CANTAT festival XX in Tallinn (Estonia) for the final concerts this summer!

EuroChoir offers the opportunity to singers [18-30] to get together for two weeks to rehearse and perform a challenging and exciting program with two renowned conductors.
This special choir project aims to promote European choral music among young singers and to encourage cultural exchange within Europe

This edition of the EFM will look at the importance of safeguarding musical heritage and the value of musical heritage for our future European society.

European database for educational and training activities

In the frame of the STAMP project (a project focused on training and learning for music professionals) it´s being built a database designed for collecting all available trainings or further education activities and opportunities for music teachers, managers, musicians such singers, conductors and composers around Europe, both in English and local-language.

Social Inclusion - how to successfully cooperate for sustainable activities and programmes

On April 17th 18th our Secretary General Sonja Greiner participated in a brainstorming session in Brussels on the topic of Social inclusion - partnering with other sectors.
The session was part of the "Voices of Culture" Structured Dialogue between the European Commission and the Culture sector.
The 35 representatives of organisations and institutions from the cultural sector as well as other sectors gathered ideas for a brainstorming report to be published in autumn 2018. The report shall contain tips on how a successful partnership should be built, recommendation with regard to policies and funding programmes, as well as descriptions of successful programmes and activities developed in cross-sectorial partnerships.
