A bit of bacon transforms our simple pork tenderloin recipe. Seared in our Milanese Gremolata olive oil, then glazed with our Peach balsamic, this wonderful weekday treat is ready to serve in less than half an hour.
Gremolata is a traditional Italian herb condiment consisting of fresh lemon zest, minced garlic, Italian flat leaf parsley and a hint of mint. The herbs and citrus zest are typically crushed together in a mortar to release their pungent essential oils. An exciting flavour combination without the need for your own mortar and pestle!
PEACH WHITE BALSAMIC
Our White Peach balsamic does not undergo the cooking and barrel aging process of other balsamics from Modena. The result is a crisp balsamic with the touch of sweetness reminiscent of handcrafted vinegars from northern Italy.
