Ciao Amici!

Wow what a great month has been at Lapo's kitchen, I couldn't be more chuffed to have had wonderful people dining with me, enjoying and learning the ways of ethical dining, all topped up with laughter and jollyness!

As we move closer to the new year I am excited to announce that january's booking are officially open!

January's theme is : ARTISANAL PRODUCE

Oh yeah baby, we will have special guests making us taste and telling us a story about their crafts, from locally made tequila and beers to passionate karoo lamb suppliers, we will learn why the idea of
"slow food" as taking no shortcuts and using only ethical and un-processed ways makes a huge difference on quality and taste.
I have designed a menu for each of the evenings revolving around that specific produce making sure the flavours will harmoniously blend in with the ones from our artisans.

So here the 3 Master craftsman who will be entertaining us, with dates and themed menus. For bookings contact laposkitchen@gmail.com
