Ruocco Equestrian Training
@ Mt. Miguel Equestrian Center!
|
|
🐴 Those of you in our equestrian community may already know the long-standing horse boarding and training facility of Mt. Miguel Equestrian Center! Located on Jonel Way, in a beautiful unincorporated horse-country neighborhood of Bonita (and just minutes from some of the most fantastic riding trails), Mt. Miguel Equestrian Center (MMEC) was purchased in 1984 by our very own SVCA President, Judy Tieber, and her husband Tony! Originally called "Blue Star Stables", before they changed the name, they spent the next 34 years committed to being an integral part of providing Bonita horse owners and riders with a fun and safe place to enjoy the equestrian world.
In 2017, Tony and Judy Tieber were ready to move on and happily sold MMEC to a loyal client, local resident, and equestrian trainer who grew up learning to ride at our very own MMEC facility! Today, Mt. Miguel Equestrian Center still stands tall being owned and operated by Emily Ruocco and Ruocco Equestrian Training, with a growing equestrian clientele year after year!

✨ Fun Fact ✨
🌳 Bonita & Sweetwater Valley communities were established by equestrian founders who sought to have neighborhoods with horse trails and horse-friendly spaces. Our organization (SVCA) works alongside Ruocco Equestrian Training and other like-minded equestrian organizations to help "protect, preserve and promote Bonita" as horse-country for generations to come.
