Thank you to everyone (including Mother Nature) for an awesome summer of 2016!

What a fantastic year to learn to sail; thank you sailing school students for a wonderful 8 weeks!  We would love to hear what you thought of sailing school this year, and would much appreciate it if you clicked on the button below to fill out our very short survey.  We look forward to seeing everyone again next summer!

SPS Summer of 2016 Highlights
Splash in the Sound on July 9th was a great success despite the "splashes" from the sky! Read all about it in the Canadian Yachting magazine article.
The Big Sound Challenge Regatta on August 6th and 7th was fun for all with some of our own Sail Parry Sound sailors taking home some trophies! Thank you to all of the many volunteers who made it happen; we couldn't do it without you! You can view all of the results on our web site.
Love Your Bay Day on August 20th was a lovely day with sailors out collecting water samples of Georgian Bay and then coming in to SPS for another great performance by Parry Sound's own Katherine Wheatley.  Listen in here!
Tuesday evening adult sailing was enjoyed by quite a few of our members with keel boats and without!  Thanks to our seasoned sailors who came out with their keel boats over the summer to take out our members without boats or looking to get one!
2017 Sailing school registration will open in March!

- dock launching in the spring and hauling out in the fall
- general grounds maintenance throughout the year
- adult sailing on Tuesday evenings in the summer
