This week's events!

There is an extraordinary wisdom within you, and we are committed to helping you connect with that innate intelligence that is THE source of resiliency and health from the inside-out.

We are listening and creating valuable, FREE resources for the community to make a difference in peoples' lives NOW and when they need it the most. 

As we have all begun to settle into the shelter-in-place lifestyle, things are likely to change drastically again after next week.  Gather the habits, resources, and positive people and things NOW so that you are ready to thrive


How?

  1. Join the Optimizing Wellness Duluth Facebook group to be around others who are committing to doing just that now and always
  2. Like the Dr. Lara Hill DC Facebook page.  Tip: look for the "Understanding your care" posts, whether you are an existing practice member or curious about the nuts and bolts of the life-changing work that we do
  3. Register for the below events this week.  We are shifting the format to "short and powerful" to make it easy for you, so you can plan them to last 30 minutes or less

We created the this online meeting because Shelter-In-Place doesn't always mean that you have more chill time.  In fact, we've been hearing that for many it is in even more pressures than there were before.   

Your time is as pressured as ever, and you need a quick energetic reset, an efficient way to cut through the BS and detect within you where you are being called to focus most. POWER HUDDLE!
Join this 30-minute or less session to get energized and connect with others working to optimize their health!
