Christmas Gift Campaign Update
For our Christmas Gift campaign we asked everyone to consider giving towards Trinity MCC installing a Multimedia system which would enhance our worship and towards new signage for the trail outside.
Thank you so much for your generosity. To date we have received over $1300. To install this system is just over $3,000. So we will be working hard to raise the funds to get this installed as soon as possible. If you would like to give to this project, please see Kathy Lucas, Treasurer. Thank you again for your generosity.
With reference to the signs for the grounds, Barbara Hawes is going to be making these and will be starting this in the next few weeks.

Holy Conversations Update
What a delight it was to have 26 people come to the Holy Conversations and share their thoughts and ideas for the future of Trinity MCC.
There were lots of thoughts around possible ministries and programs we could undertake. These will be considered and a Strategic Plan will be drawn up to ensure that ideas weren't missed.
There were also lots of ideas about how we can have a diverse set of music during worship, with everyone sharing their favorite genres. Over the next few months we will look at and learn lots of new songs, sing some old favorites and revisit some of the new ones that have been learnt at Trinity MCC over the past couple of years. We want to make sure our worship reflects the diversity of who we are.
Thank you all for sharing. If you weren't there but have some ideas about the future of Trinity MCC, please let us know, it is never too late.
“SIX LITTLE STORIES” (Source unknown)
Once all villagers decided to pray for rain,
on the day of prayer all the people gathered,
but only one boy came with an umbrella.
When you throw a baby in the air,
she laughs because she knows you will catch her.
Every night we go to bed,
without any assurance of being alive the next morning
but still we set the alarms to wake up.
We plan big things for tomorrow
in spite of zero knowledge of the future.
We see the world suffering,
but still we get married and have children.
On an old man's shirt was written a sentence
'I am not 80 years old . . .
I am sweet 16 with 64 years experience.'
Have a happy day and live your life like the six stories!
This is your opportunity to share with your community. If you would like to have something in this corner, please email it to email@example.com.
