Dear Members

I hope that some of you managed to get to the Devon Artist Network Open Studios during September.  We had friends staying and spent two days with them visiting a wide range of fantastic artists all over south Devon.  An amazing feat of organisation and talent.

Here is your new round-up of some of the local events and happenings over the next couple of months. The Two Moors Festival starts next week which will give us some wonderful music to enjoy.  We hope you find something to enjoy.

Starting locally:-

NEW EXHIBITION.  Sat 21st  - Friday 27th October. 10.30 - 4.30 (except Sunday 22 - 11.30 - 4.30) This is the second exhibition of the works of the Gidleigh Painters - a number of whom are members of our Society.  The Gidleigh Painters meet every Tuesday morning at the Gidleigh Village Hall and work on their own subjects in a variety of media.  The result is a stunning array of work which will be on show and for sale throughout the week. Well worth a visit.
