There's a party in our neighbourhood this Saturday and we hope to see you there! Details below.

Programming in our Community Hall!

Bodyweight Barre

Come see what all the hype is about!  Bodyweight Barre will work your muscles to fatigue by tightening and lengthening each muscle fibre using isometric and eccentric muscle contractions.  Each class we’ll target your arms, core, glutes, and legs in a balanced workout designed to help your body build and keep its lean muscle, raise your heart rate, and improve your mind-body connection.  Suitable for all fitness levels: no ballet shoes, leotards, or dance experience required, but please bring a mat.

Wed Oct 12: Free 1/2 hour teaser class and registration   9-10am.

  • First Session: Wed Oct 19 - Wed Nov 16th   9-10am. $50

  • Second Session: Wed Nov 23 - Wed Dec 21   9-10am. $50

  • Or both sessions for $90.

Instructor: Jennifer Sloan, BEd.; AFLCA Group Fitness Leader; MOC Barre Method Instructor

101 Avenue Vision & Corridor Study

Open House 1: Draft Vision and Concept Options

Join us to continue the 101 Avenue conversation on Thursday, September 29.
In June the City of Edmonton hosted a community workshop to find out how people who live near, work on, or use 101 Avenue would like to see it improve. Click here to see results from June, and full details.

Now that we have your great ideas, and a better understanding of the constraints and opportunities on the avenue, we would like to present the draft vision and concept options for 101 Avenue for your feedback.
