Another season - another ESC Newsletter

Greetings to all our readers as a new winter season in Verbier is getting into its swing.

A very warm welcome awaits you at our Sunday evening services at The Little Church.

Thousands of people have worshipped there since our chaplaincy programme started thirty one seasons ago, finding the love of the Lord Jesus and the warmth of Christian fellowship.

Do join us.

Sunday Services

The theme for our Sunday evening services from early January onwards will be 'Walking with Jesus in Mark's Gospel', which we hope you will find encouraging and uplifting.

We will be continuing with our informal apres ski meetings at 5.00 p.m. on Tuesdays in the chaplains' apartment. A warm welcome awaits anyone who can come along.

But our church is more than just a service on Sundays and a meeting on Tuesdays. We hope and pray that we will all be able 'to share the love, grace and truth of Jesus Christ' (our ESC mission) in some way or other with people we meet during the season - as an antidote to the fast-moving and sometimes frenetic pace of life in this wonderful place.
