This upcoming Sunday, April 5, is Palm Sunday and marks the beginning of Holy Week. We are going to be doing another drive-by church, so come by on Sunday from 9:30-10:30 to receive a palm and a blessing. We will practice social distancing to keep everyone safe, but this is also a nice chance to come together as Church.
We will continue with small group worship this week. We are going to try two groups instead of three this week; some groups last week were sparsely attended, and this format works better with a few more people. The Northern Cohort will meet Tuesday at 5pm and the Southern and Central Cohorts will meet together Wednesday at 7pm. Please look for a second email in your inbox early this week for meeting details and Zoom links. If your scheduled group is at a time that does not work for you, please let me know and I will gladly forward the Zoom link for the alternate meeting so you can still participate.
*If you are one of the folks on our mailing list who does not live here in the Logan area, but would like to be included in one of the small group worship Zoom calls, please reach out to me directly at email@example.com
Zoom may be a new technology for some of you, and to help I've included a link to a video tutorial about how to join a meeting: Joining a Zoom Meeting Tutorial Video
As part of small group worship, we will be looking together at Matthew 21:1-11 this week, which you can read here.
Keep an eye on your inbox, the church website, and the Proclaimer for more updates. And as always, please be in touch with me or with other members of your church family if there is anything you need. God's peace be with you all!
