How amazing are you?

Please share your amazing nystagmus stories to help celebrate Nystagmus Awareness Day 2021. What have you achieved despite or maybe even because of having nystagmus?

Send us your amazing story

Here's Doug's nystagmus story to start you off.

How amazing is Doug?

Earlier this year, Doug ran the Royal Parks Half Marathon for the Nystagmus Network. He raised £200.

Doug says: 13.1 miles. 25,000 steps, a step for every time someone has told me I need to have my glasses checked.

The Welly Walk for Raindrops

There's still plenty of time to join the Welly Walk for Raindrops Saturday 19 or Sunday 20 June

Help raise awareness and a few pounds, too, by walking 5k in your wellies, come rain or shine.

Money raised from sponsorship of your Welly Walk will go directly into the Nystagmus Network research fund to help give us all hope for the future.

Prizes for everyone who raises £100 or more!

Notes from the Saddle

Are you following Sam's progress? He's cycling 500 miles in 8 days around the North Coast of Scotland for the Nystagmus Network and for all of us. Nystagmus Network Chairman, Tim, is driving the support vehicle and sending us regular updates.

Considering writing your will?

Remembering the Nystagmus Network in your will, once your nearest and dearest have been thought of, could make a huge difference to the nystagmus community.
It might help fund that elusive piece of research which leads to a cure for nystagmus.

That would be quite a legacy, wouldn't it?

Please remember the charity in your will
