Going Strong in February

It’s only the second month of 2020 and there are already a lot of exciting developments happening in our city. To start, I would like to give a warm welcome to Naugles Tacos & Burgers! We are excited to now have them open on Beach Boulevard serving our community.

After being closed for reseeding and preventative maintenance, Stanton Central Park has reopened its field to the community. Come enjoy our beautiful grass area, perfect for any recreational activity! Spend some time outside at Stanton Central Park today.

As a reminder, City Hall will be closed on Monday, February 17 in observation of Presidents' Day. Emergency services will still be available during this time. City Hall will reopen on Tuesday, February 18 with regular hours.

To avoid being cited for parking permit violations, residents are advised to pick up the 2020-2021 parking permits. Permits are available for pick up for residents who currently live in neighborhoods requiring them.

Please visit the Public Works Department from 7 AM-6 PM, Monday-Thursday to purchase the permits. Parking permits are $25 each and residents are allowed up to 3 parking permits per household.
