Dear readers,

August and September as usual were quite calm regarding regulatory news.

In Europe, the new Low Risk criteria were published. DG SANTE also published a Notice on the Brexit and its impact on applicants of PPPs.

In France, as a reminder, new cerfa forms and new procedures apply since Oct 1st. Please make sure you take this into account in all new applications.

And at last, we inform you that we are currently recruiting so please share the information!

We summarised this information for you throughout articles that you will find below.
We hope you enjoy reading these notes and stay at your disposal for regulatory advice and dossier drafting.
