Timothy Two is poised to expandintoCentral and South America andthe Caribbean where I will be working.
My next trip to train indigenous pastors will take me to Medellin, Colombia just six weeks from now in early June. This will be the first of four trips to Colombia scheduled every three months for the next year.
Meanwhile, we are holding discussions with people who want us to begin training pastors in Haiti, Ecuador, Mexico and Belize. I met with a person in Cary, NC on April 11 to discuss what we could do in Ecuador. I will be meeting with a person in Atlanta on May 11 to discuss what we could do in Haiti. Steve and Annette Kohl, missionary friends of ours currently serving in Belize, are inquiring about our training local pastors there, and another person is inquiring into our working with pastors in southern Mexico.
Please pray as we make preparations for my first trip to Medellin, Colombia - for the pastors who will attend, for the local coordinator and translator of the trip, and for the final arrangements of flights, housing and teaching. Also, pray for open doors to equip pastors in these other areas of Central and South America and the Caribbean where the need is great.
On a personal note, we will be moving back into our own house at 5203 Hedgerow Lane, Wilmington, NC 28409 in mid-May. This house was rented out while we lived in Toledo, OH, so we will spend the first few weeks involved in painting and repairs when we move back in. We are thankful to Beth's mom for allowing us to stay with her since early November.
Thanks so much for your prayer and financial support - we could never do this without you!
