Stretching Tips - The Calves
Seen a few people at the gym in the last week with weak and/or tight calf muscles. It reminds me of a top tip, that a weakness can be due to a lack of strength in a muscle - and so it needs more training.
Or it may be the exact opposite! The muscle may be over-trained, tight and fibrous. That leads to a lack of functionality and strength too. It's important to know what the problem is before you decide how to proceed with a remedy.

Price Rises at Whitchurch Road
The Bad News.
After 3 consecutive years of steady prices, I'm afraid the time has come to apply a small increase in prices across the board for all services.
We're confident that you'll think this is fair as your therapist / coach is now 3 years more experienced than when the last pries were set. Mike has also invested in several training courses since then - including the Metabolic Nutrition system that we told you about recently.
The Good News.
The good news is that pries won't rise until the new Financial Year starts on April the 6th. And -Even Better News - any treatments booked and paid for before then will be honoured at the old prices.
This includes block bookings and Gift Vouchers. There will still be a 20% discount for block bookings of 4 hours or more, but the best deal can be had by buying in before the 6th of April.
