Thank YOU!

We're incredibly humbled by the gifts you gave Sustain in 2018. Really. Jaws on the floor! You doubled the donations compared to 2017, which means we can do twice as much. It also means we're eligible for a prestigious grant in Colorado.

Thank you for supporting Sustain and our vision to advance environmental awareness and responsibility through music. More Songscapes coming up because y'all gave.

" You can get people into important issues using other things they enjoy, and I can’t think of anyone who doesn’t enjoy music,” he says. “I would love to see more people of color getting out of their comfort zones and exploring natural spaces. For me, the most important issue in conservation is getting people involved in the first place.” - Conner Youngblood

CSU Alumna Aims to Increase Awareness About Public Lands Through Songscapes
We talked with Mary Guiden of CSU about Songscape: Roosevelt National Forest this December. Our basecamp for that Songscape was at CSU's Mountain Campus.
Everything is better with puppies. So meet Bean, the new Sustain mascot. This redbone coonhound has a lot of public land hiking in her future!
What's Happening at Sustain?

It may seem a little quiet lately, because we're busy writing grants and planning some incredible projects!  Join
Sustainers as a monthly giver and be the first to know what Grammy-winning artists we're in talks with. Otherwise, sit tight until we have all the details ironed out and confirmed.
  • Consulting with the Colorado State University Business School- We've partnered with business students to identify ways Sustain can improve our model and achieve our mission even better. It's a great group of students and we're looking forward to working with them through May!

  • Monthly Hike & Concert Series - Thanks to a generous grant from Bohemian Foundation, we're partnering with the Fort Collins Musicians' Association and public lands around northern Colorado to do public hikes with bands, including acoustic concerts in some of the area's most beautiful places. Details soon!

  • Building Capacity - We're working to make sure Sustain has the funding achieve our dreams! There's a lot of grant writing, sponsorship seeking, donor work, and major artist talks happening right now.
Can you believe Songscape: Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge came out a year ago?
