Welcome to this issue of ‘RURAL POST’

This is an e-mail newsletter extension of the RURAL - Jersey Country Life magazine.
The earlier issues of this newsletter can be viewed at www.ruraljersey.co.uk/rural-post

It is not quite RURAL magazine, but….
… there is always quite a long gap between the quarterly issues of the magazine, so this helps, as best we can, to fill the gap in between.

The ‘spring’ issue of RURAL magazine is due to be published in early March.

Asked what their own favourite phrase was, the authors decided that, apart from phases too rude to share, it was eune minne dé cat rôti’ which means ‘to have a face like roasted cats’.
