Sale of Latrobe Lifeskills but Management Remains the Same

On Tuesday 9 October 2018, Mr Keith Leslie sold Latrobe Lifeskills Pty Ltd in what is termed a Management Buy Out (MBO) to four Managers - Daniel Lim, Martin Chua, Tammy Matthews-Prosser and Douglas Ball. We understand that this is a first such venture in the disability sector in Australia.
This process has taken eighteen months to work through all the issues, particularly ensuring that Participants were not affected, the staff were ensured of their employment, families could confidently rely on the quality supports and accredited training they've come to expect over the past 20 years.
Going forward, there will be no major change to the operation of Latrobe Lifeskills.
