If you have visited us recently, you would have noticed a green and gold flag over the tap wall. we have taken some pretty significant flack on our college flag that is still in place so one of my favorite employees is replacing it. I bet it will be a lot more colorful, but we will have to wait and see if it happens. I'm looking at you, Logan!! So, if you don't see some change there very soon then you know who to give the what-have-you's to!
Don't forget, this Friday we have a private event starting at 7pm so we will have to start shutting it down at 6.45. Private events are those catch 22's right? They are great, but not so great for our Thirsty Friends. So, to try to make it a little more palatable, all day Friday until we give you the boot for the event, you can get any fills marked off by 10%. Thank you so much for understanding!
Next week on Thursday the 10th we are hosting Roughtail Brewing and False Idol! This is definitely something you should try to attend. We have the collaboration triple IPA they brewed together as well as a few other treats that we have in store. There will be some nifty glassware to hand out, but it will go fast so if you are into the collectibles then do plan on being early.
BTW, for those that are gardeners and have been keeping up with my progress, I will update you. All of my tomato plants have some things growing! Some are big and some are just starting, but I'm mildly pleased with the progress. Many cucumbers are growing and showing that they want to be very important. Absolutely squat from my okra plants, but the plants themselves are progressing. I thought I had some peppers growing, but I think it was a false positive. It looked like tiny little green nipples and I thought it was peppers, but they fell smooth off to nothing more than a nub. Hopefully this is normal behavior, but I don't know anything about it. Time will tell, as they say. Onions are growing, but that's stupid. No challenge there. Same with potatoes. Who cares, right?
As a side note, our online portal is still doo-doo. Hopefully we will have it up and running soon.
