Earlier this Spring, Jarid Shipley, customer success manager, presented about our free homeowner counseling services for a foreclosure prevention webinar hosted by Human Services Center Corporation. Not long thereafter, he presented on the same topic to Clairton City Council. The presentations are part of our outreach to let homeowners know that help is available if they are having trouble keeping up with their mortgage payments. On June 30, the moratorium on foreclosures for homeowners with federally-backed mortgages is set to expire. If you’re a homeowner facing financial hardships, please contact us at (412) 281-9773 or email info@neighborworkswpa.org.
