New 'Report a camera' webpage a success with members

Feedback from our customer survey highlighted you'd like a place to let us know if you'd spotted a new camera or one that needs updating. It's important to us to make sure we cater to what you're looking for so we created a new form on the member's page for this.

It's been a great success with many of our members filling out our simple form. We'd like to thank everyone who's filled it in – these changes go out to everyone when we update the database so you're helping your fellow members too!

Increased mobile camera sites in Ireland...

While we're on the subject of cameras, did you know that Ireland have increased the amount of common mobile camera sites by over 300?

'Common mobile camera sites' are areas where police often park their vans to take speed readings. We've been working hard to make sure our database covers these sites...but remember to let us know if you spot any new ones on our 'Report a camera' page and our Trinity database team will then verify the info and make the update.

Update on our new TagAcam app

Did you know that you can easily use TagAcam in cars and trucks too? You'll be able to hear and see TagAcam alerts via your Smartphone. As we're still Beta testing you can get it free for for 3 months with no obligation...after that it will be just £1.50/€2/$2. You can also also choose to purchase a SmartButton to interact with the TagAcam community.

TagAcam will also enhance our Trinity database even more as our user base will let us know about common mobile sites and verify fixed camera sites, on the move.

And finally....

Did you hear the one about the mobile camera van pulled over by the police? Much as this reads as the beginning of a bad joke, a reader of 'the Liberal' posted a karma filled snap of just that happening outside Limerick in Ireland!
