Third Sunday of Easter

This week at Holy Spirit Parish, we celebrate the life of grace poured into Church in the Sacraments of Initiation.

The Baptismal character of Easter is hard to miss, but it is also a fitting time to celebrate Confirmation and First Holy Communion. Our Lord, who is the true and worthy Lamb, provides for us, the sheep of His flock, in these Sacraments.

Let us joyfully celebrate, congratulate, and pray for the young people of our parish who were more closely united to Christ in Confirmation last night and those who will receive the Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity of Christ in Holy Communion in the days to come.

Every family needs the support of ALL its members to thrive - and our parish family is no different. To thrive as a parish family, we have many needs that must be fulfilled. It takes the dedication of the whole family working together to fill all of the needs of the parish. Check out the video on IGNITE, a program to support parish vitality by bringing awareness to these unmet needs. Then, take a minute after Mass to view the IGNITE boards at each church. Discern what needs of the parish you are able to help fulfill! If you take a flame, please expect follow-up calls from the parish office beginning in May!
