Re: New Company Photo for Employee Photo Identification Badge Program
I am excited to share we will be improving our communication, professionalism, and security through our employee photo identification (ID) badge program.
All staff will have the opportunity to take a professional headshot photograph and select their final image. Your new, professional photo will be used for the following:
Staff profiles on our company internal Social Network, Matrix
Company e-newsletter and blog articles on the successes and accomplishments of our staff
Submission for grants and other funding opportunities
Nomination of awards
Staff identification to distinguish staff, volunteers, clients, and guests
Our goal is to improve our internal and external communications, create uniformity, improve our professional promotional materials, and allow us to better identify and communicate with each team and department.

The photos are best taken in the morning for optimal lighting and before temperatures become uncomfortably warm outside. By providing you with advanced notice, you will have ample time to look your best! If you are unable to make these times, please coordinate your schedule with Michelle via the sign-up list.
All on-duty employees will be required to wear their company issued photo ID badge.
Additionally, supervisors will be responsible for:
Ensuring all staff within their department have their photo taken within the allotted time frame before July 8, 2016.
Ensuring all staff within their department wear their ID badge while on-duty once issued.
Thank you for being a team player and helping us get organized. Your cooperation and enthusiasm is appreciated in our continuous efforts to make improvements to our firm.
