Promus Ventures participated in this round, as well as invested in YourMechanic’s previous Seed and Series A rounds. Other investors in the new Series B include SoftBank Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, Lerer Hippeau Ventures, Data Point Capital, SAIC, Verizon Ventures, American Family Insurance, PG Ventures, and Silicon Valley Bank.
Available in more than 700 cities, YourMechanic dispatches mechanics to homes or offices for prices up to 30% less than traditional repair shops for over 500 car repair services. The company will use the new funding to continue expansion into new markets.
