GYM: an innovative co-modal journey planner, targeting GHG emission minimization
 

GreenYourMove organises free workshops

in Athens, Thessaloniki & Volos!

 

Three GYM workshops will be organized in April 2016 in Volos, Athens and Thessaloniki, Greece. Representatives of transport operators (Inter-city & city buses companies, OASA, OASTH, STASY, Attiko Metro etc) and key transport players from all the Greek cities are welcome to participate and find out how they can be involved in GYM platform and network.

Thessaloniki :: Fri 22/04/2016

Objectives
The main objectives of the workshops are to:

  • Introduce GYM project (main scope, impact etc);
  • Present a draft beta version of the GYM platform for the city of Volos;
  • Gather participants’ feedback and data related to their network;
  • Present expected benefits for transport operators participating in GYM platform;
  • Discuss possible ways of transport operators’ and stakeholders’ integration;
  • Present and expand project’s supporting network.

Apart from the presentations’ section, a roundtable discussion will take place in order all the participants to have the opportunity to express their interest, questions and suggestions and give their feedback regarding the project’s next steps.

Venue
Volos: The workshop will be held on Monday, April 18th, 2016, at the Department of Mechanical Engineering - University of Thessaly (start time 11:00 am).
Athens: The workshop will be held on Wednesday, April 20th, 2016, at AVMap GIS S.A. facilities (start time 11:00 am).
Thessaloniki: The workshop will be held on Friday, April 22nd, 2016, at EMISIA S.A. facilities (start time 11:00 am).
