COMMENTARY FROM CABC MEMBER - EXEO ATTORNEYS
In this commentary provided by CABC's Small Corporate Member Exeo Attorneys, Mr. Marc-André Séguin, (Partner at Exeo Attorneys) weighed in on the current trends in corporate immigration and mobility between Canada and ASEAN,

"The need for Canadian businesses to establish and maintain a physical presence in the ASEAN countries in order to succeed in the region will not fade away. The Southeast Asian culture, as this report underlines, is built on person-to-person relations. While COVID-19 is forcing us to adapt, the roots of the ASEAN business culture will remain and mobility will therefore be a central question for the years to come," Marc-André wrote.
