The CABC is excited to welcome Prime Minister Justin Trudeau in Singapore this week! We were privileged to host Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Minister of International Trade Diversification Jim Carr for a CABC-CanCham Trade Dialogue for a targeted discussion with leaders from the Canadian business community in Singapore.

Warm welcome to Mr. Klaus Houben who joins CABC as Events Chair! In his new role, Klaus will be overseeing the CABC's live activities and outreach in the ASEAN region.

“CABC has an important role to play in bringing together Canada and ASEAN more closely and it is my pleasure to support CABC’s activities in this role,” he says.

Mr. Klaus Houben is Chief Representative Southeast Asia at EDC based in Singapore, responsible for Business Development in the ASEAN region. He joined EDC in 2010 and before taking over his current role in June 2017, he was in a similar position in Europe.
