Kids Yoga / Spring Break!

Starting tomorrow! Every other Saturday at Noon, you and your child can enjoy all the physical benefits of a yoga session with the powerful joy of sharing this experience together.  Breathing, moving, challenging, balancing and relaxing in this entertaining and engaging practice! 5$/person.

During Spring break we will also offer two additional Kids Yoga Classes.  Please sign up early!

Teacher Training or Personal Yoga Exploration. 

Begins May 14th (limit 10 people)

Personal transformation is inevitable when you join a group of inspirational people and spend 8 weekends together exploring all aspects of a practice as complex as yoga.  Yoga, meditation and relaxation are essential to an expansive and joyful lifestyle. Love Yoga Studios, a registered yoga school, provides the opportunity to practice, learn, study, train and share all levels of these practices. You can learn to teach power yoga, gentle yoga, kids yoga, hot yoga, meditation, stress management and plain old fashion relaxation. Qi Gong is a 4,000 year old Chinese practice which aids in the circulation of energy, or Qi, through the body. It is both calming as well as increases your flexibility. Come and enjoy this ancient practice as we identify, direct and transmit Qi in our bodies to heal both ourselves and others. This is a low impact, slow moving practice that is done standing. Loose clothing will be helpful. $12/early registration ($15 at the door). Sign up here:


Wednesdays 5:15-5:45pm

Every Wednesday we offer 30 minutes of quiet space.  If you are interested in learning more about meditation, mindfulness and cell deep relaxation . . .  or just need a space to practice . . . please feel free to drop in anytime.  We will be adding more meditation classes to our schedule in the next few months.  Watch for our upcoming 'Neuroscience of Meditation & Yoga'.  Dates TBA soon.
