           SHARING STORIES FROM THE SECTOR

We know there are many wonderful examples across the region,
of staff working with consumers to support them to have
More Good Days.
Have you, or a colleague, been working with a CHSP consumer...
- for a short period of time (4 - 16 weeks)?
- to build their capacity to re-learn a task or learn new strategies?
- to regain or maintain their ability, confidence and motivation to do things for themselves?
- to improve or maintain their level of independence?
- to support them to have More Good Days?

Would you like to talk about how this could be captured and shared as a Consumer Story or a Staff Practice Reflection Story?
