Global Recruiting Trends for 2017

In order to plan for the future, it's important to understand where the recruiting industry is headed. A survey of over 4,000 corporate hiring leaders were asked about the state of talent acquisition in 2017.

Are the trends for your team similar to these 2017 projections?
  • Automating the screening and hiring process in order to eliminate human bias and time limitations will take priority
  • Sales is the highest priority role to fill
  • Most leaders foresee that their team size won’t increase, which means recruiters need to get creative and automate their workflow
  • There will be a cooling of hiring in job markets in Brazil, China, and parts of Europe
  • More companies are developing employee referral programs
