We all know that this time of year can be hard to concentrate on our to-do list. If you find yourself sitting down at your desk to get work done but end up getting little completed, you may need a break.

It's proven that our brains become numb to constant stimulation and we become unable to continuously treat a task as important. Recent studies show that even brief diversions from a task can dramatically improve one's ability to focus on that task for prolonged periods. Taking a break allows us to come back to the job at hand with renewed energy and sense of purpose.

So take a break! Download and print our Global Trade Word Search to give your brain a boost and ramp up your productivity.
Share your finished Word Search with us on Facebook or Twitter and let us know how long it took you to find all 12 words!

What is the best advice you received in your career?
Probably that no one is indispensable – so try to leave your mark in spite of it. I think the best way to do that is to always do your best, but also to be humble, kind and grateful for the opportunities given.

What were some of the biggest lessons that has impacted the way that you work?
That not everyone thinks the same way I do – having an open mind to new ways of doing things.
