Dear Friends and Fellow CMRA Members,

The Board of the CMRA, after thoughtful deliberation and discussion, and as a result of redundancies of job responsibilities and duties of the Ranch Manager and Caretaker, has approved a concept that will combine these two positions for a trial period ending at the end of March, 2019.
It is our intent to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of overseeing all Ranch operations, with particular emphasis on cabin inspections, assuring safe and reasonable access to our cabins on a year round basis, and maintaining water and electrical systems so that all cabins are connected to safe, potable water. 

We have interviewed and extended an invitation to Brad Bowman to serve in this capacity for a four-month trial period. He has accepted this new position effective November 8, 2018, and is fully aware that it can be extended or terminated at that time, pending satisfactory performance, as determined by the CMRA Board of Directors.
