We are looking forward to welcoming you to the Bentley Copse Adventure Race, a new venue for our races on SATURDAY 12th November. Just to let you know you are entered in for the <<Events>> <<Class>> <<Catagory>>. Bentley Copse Scout Camp is just North of the Village of Shere, Hound House Rd, Shere, Guildford GU5 9JH. The event registration will be held in Parker Lodge withing the Scout camp, see map. There is parking on site over 2 locations. Please follow the signage which will also guide you on the short walk to Registration.
As mentioned in our last Navigator, we are offering 50% refund to anyone who introduces a new person to Tri-Adventure Events for the rest of this year. Please email with details to claim your reduced fee.

The forecast is a bit too early to predict!, so keep an eye out and come well prepared for a chilly morning. I will be in touch again a bit closer to the time.
Registration will be open from 08:30am in Parker Lodge, Transition will be setup outside. Here you will be handed your maps and timing dibber. All events start by the transition at 10am with MTBO being started in 30s intervals. Remember a pen to mark up your maps! There will be some entries on the day for a £5 admin fee.
Parking, There is hard standing parking over 2 areas within the camp. Please park efficiently.
Train, The nearest train station is Gomshall, a 3.4 mile cycle from the North. Do check that there are no rail replacements on your journey.
Tea and Cakes, There will be the usual cakes, and hot drinks for sale to enjoy while you plan your route and then when you return. There will also be hot soup to look forward to on your return.
Presentations to those who score the highest on the day will be made shortly after all the results are in.
Next Events, The next event after Bentley Copse is the Albury Adventure Race on Sunday 4th December. This will be the 1st event of the Winter events. Then after is Mickleham Adventure Race on Sunday 8th January next year.
