Welcome new Subscribers!  Here's what I've been up to...
I've continued to work on updating my Ravelry profile page.  (Still no socks - I'll get there eventually). On the website, I added the "Knitting Product Recommendations" page under the knitting tab. Let me know if there are products you'd like me to try.
Last night, at our local library, I had a great time speaking about packing - particularly, about using only a carry-on - so I've included the related post in the archive section of this newsletter. You can check out all my other packing advice here.
I've also been trying to finish up my classes for the semester. Why does everything seem to pile up at the end? When I finish them, though, I'll just have one class to go to finish my degree. If I take it this summer as planned, I'll be able to celebrate in Paris this fall!
Until next week - keep sharing the newsletter with your friends and enjoy the posts this week!

Getting Discounted Tickets

First, though, I’ll tell you about a few of the ways we have saved on tickets. Some cities have passes that include nearly all the museums or attractions in that city, some have several small groups...

Three Weeks with Just a Carry-On

People often ask me how I can travel for three or more weeks in Europe using only a carry-on bag.  With a few little tricks, it’s not difficult.

Carry-on bag requirements for international flights vary by airlines, but for the big three – United, Delta, and American Airlines – bags must be no larger than 22″ x 14″ x 9″.  For some international airlines, the size is smaller, so be sure to check before you fly.  My bag is actually a little smaller than the domestic airlines’ requirements and therefore, more versatile. (You can find my carry-on bag and my backpack on the Travel Product Recommendations page)...
