GLHV | Promoting LGBTI Victorians' health & wellbeing
Autumn Edition
New logo and new website coming!
We are excited to share with you the new logo for Rainbow Health Victoria. After 15 years as GLHV, we decided last year that a name change would better reflect our purpose and the community we seek to serve. The new logo is also intended to reflect this change.
We have begun work on a brand new website. This is available now at: The website will be developed over the coming months as we revise, update and migrate materials from our old site.
The new website will host tools and resources developed by us and by others that directly support organisations and individuals in the implementation of LGBTI inclusion.
The website will also be used to synthesise and disseminate international and Australian research and evidence relating to LGBTI health and wellbeing. This is a work in progress as we undertake a series of literature reviews that will be presented as succinct research briefs. Please watch this space for further updates on these.

We are currently undertaking a review of our suite of training programs so that we can continue to provide training that is evidence-based, co-designed and innovative. We look forward to sharing new programs that empower our participants to develop the knowledge, skills and confidence to provide services that are safe and inclusive for LGBTI people.
We are also working to assist a range of organisations to achieve the Rainbow Tick standards. We are proud to announce there are now 28 Rainbow Tick accredited organisations and it's pleasing to see many of the newly accredited organisations are based inter-state. View the full list on QIP's website here.

In other news, we are pleased to announce that after a review of our interim management structure, we have been appointed as Co-Directors of Rainbow Health Victoria. We look forward to continuing our work with you all into the future.
