May News: IDAHOBIT 2021

Today is IDAHOBIT Day, an international day to demonstrate pride in LGBTIQ communities and re-commit ourselves to the work that still needs to be done for equality and inclusion.

At Rainbow Health Victoria, this means continuing our work in improving LGBTIQ inclusion in service delivery. This is vital to improving health and wellbeing outcomes for LGBTIQ communities into the future. You can view our IDAHOBIT video message here.

In this newsletter, we are also really pleased to include the next edition of Research Matters, a series that aims to deliver accessible and concise briefings on current research relevant to LGBTIQ health and wellbeing. This issue is titled Research Matters: Trans and gender diverse health and wellbeing, and has been co-produced by researchers and community advocates. You can find previous issues of Research Matters here.
