You are invited to join us for Healthy Equal Youth (HEY) Day 2021 on February 22. Presented by YACVic, ARCSHS and Rainbow Health Victoria, it will be a day to celebrate 10 years of the HEY program and the work of the LGBTIQA+ sector in Victoria.
We will be launching the Writing Themselves In 4 (WTI4) Victoria Summary Report which contains up-to-date research and data, specific to Victoria, that will help shape our ongoing work with LGBTIQA+ young people for years to come.

We are also excited to announce the recipients of the Round 10 HEY Grants, a grant program that supports innovative and youth-led projects for supporting LGBTIQA+ young people across Victoria.

On this week: The LGBTQIA+ Inclusive Practice Conference is the first of its kind in Northeast Victoria.
The full week-long online event for health services and staff is free and will cover a variety of topics on LGBTQIA+ Inclusive practice, showcasing local and state-based services, sexual health, youth, aged, trans and gender diverse and more!

Updated Rainbow Tick guide launch

Coming up on Feb 24 at 2pm, Rainbow Health Victoria will be launching their new resource, Rainbow Tick: A framework for LGBTIQ inclusion. This updated guide presents the Rainbow Tick Standards as a set of key organising principles for any organisation developing a plan for improving LGBTIQ inclusion, while also supporting organisations on their journey to formal accreditation.
The online launch of this updated Rainbow Tick guide will be opened by Ro Allen, Victorian Government Commissioner for LGBTIQA+ Communities, with a panel of expert speakers.
