Fierro first discovered her love for beer while living the military-spouse life in Germany. She brought this love with her when she and her husband moved to Colorado Springs on military orders and founded Atrevida Beer Co. As Colorado’s first female and Latina owner/head brewer, Jessica crafts her messaging around diversity. She will talk about her experience as a minority woman in a field dominated by white men and how she gained national notoriety as the winner of the very first season of VICE TV’s popular show, Beerland.
