Hello BBQ Lovers! 
Another summer holiday weekend already? Let me get you off to a great start with some smoked meats!

The pertinent details for those in a hurry:
👍🏽RE BBQ will be OPEN on Thursday, 6/30 from 3:00 until 7:00PM
👍🏽RE BBQ will be OPEN on Friday, 7/1 from 3:00 until 7:00PM.


The rumors are true! The BBQ Trailer is for sale! 
I went into the details a fair bit in last week's RE-mail, so you can REvisit that back issue if you're so inclined. Short story is: I need to downsize. I'm too old to keep up these 12 hour days, so I'd like to move this big aluminum kitchen on wheels to the next fiery food service entrepreneur who has great ideas to be the next big deal in the mobile food scene.  If you or someone you know is in the market for a licensed mobile kitchen, you can get all the details including how to schedule a showing and make a purchase offer here via this Craig's List ad. 😁

BYOB is A-OK at RE BBQ: If Coke, Diet Coke or Water ain't your thing, you are welcome to bring your own beverages from Drifter, Urbanrest, 9 & Hilton Market, or where-ever you get your libations. There is a bucket for refundable bottles & cans next to the patio exit. Non-refundable containers go in the trash. 

News from the back of the house:
Pretty strange week in the warehouses because - get this - EVERYTHING I NEEDED WAS IN STOCK!!!  And there didn't seem to be too sever "surge pricing" ahead of the holiday - though I did go early in the week so maybe that changed. At any rate, I got the goods to do some delicious specials for Thursday and Friday which have been massive sell out hits all the times I've done them in the past.

I don't want to assume it's gonna stay that way and be "normal" but it sure was a nice change of pace. 🤣


Sorry, NO CATERING! 
I am deeply flattered that you would consider RE BBQ to provide food for your special event, but catering is not a service RE BBQ provides.  I hope your party goes great no matter who feeds it, though!

Enough of the restaurant administrivia, here is this week's eats!

The Menu for THURSDAY, 6/30/22:
Thursday's SPECIAL:
Korean Pork Belly - Mild Korean pepper and soybean paste rubbed pork belly, smoked slow and sliced thick (same! 🤣), served over a ginger-sesame cabbage and onion slaw with a side of pickle slices and a special tangy sauce.  

Thursday's MEATS:
1/2 lb Sliced Kielbasa - beef & pork kielbasa sliced and smoked. tray.
1/2 lb Pulled Pork - dry rubbed, slow smoked pork shoulder. tray or sandwich.
1/2 lb Beef Brisket - dry rubbed, slow smoked brisket.  tray or sandwich.

Thursday's SIDES:
BBQ Beans - seasoned white, navy & pinto beans with onions and BBQ Sauce.
Street Corn Off The Cob - Corn, sour cream, mayo, chiles, cilantro, Cotija cheese. 
Cheetos - You know what a cheeto is.
Doritos Dinamita - Exactly like Takis Fuego, but in a green bag.



The Menu for FRIDAY, 7/1/22:
Friday's SPECIAL:
Baltimore Pit Beef - Beef chuck rubbed with an black pepper, oregano, thyme, rosemary, garlic and onion, smoked slow, sliced thin and piled on sweet onions with a roll for sandwich making if that's your thing, a side of cheesy potatoes because that is definitely your thing and a cup of the mouth magic that is TIGER SAUCE. (mayo, horseradish, vinegar, herbs and spices).

Friday's MEATS:
1/2 lb Sliced Kielbasa - beef & pork kielbasa sliced and smoked. tray.
1/2 lb Pulled Pork - dry rubbed, slow smoked pork shoulder. tray or sandwich.
