The pertinent details for those in a hurry:
👍🏽RE BBQ will be OPEN on Thursday, 9/22 from 3:00 until 7:00PM.
👍🏽RE BBQ will be CLOSED on Friday, 9/23.

News from the back of the house:
Well I guess summer is over for reals, this time. The good news is cooler temps let me roll out a bunch of magnificent comfort food recipes for everyone's enjoyment. Like a BBQ sweater for your insides. 🤣

RE BBQ will only be serving on Thursday this week, owing to not one but TWO big music / food / art / party festivals opening on Friday afternoon. Can't really compete with that, so I'll be using the time to clean up the lot and do some pre-winter updates to the trailer and the smokers.

🏷 The big BBQ Trailer is (still) for sale! 
Business is good, you guys are all wonderful and man can I cook some great meals,  but I'm getting too old to be on my feet 12 hours a day. 🙄
I'll keep on keeping on for the time being, but in the long run I'd like to downsize a bit and see what the next food entrepreneur can do with this great mobile kitchen.

A referral that results in the sale of the trailer will be rewarded a finder's fee as my thanks.  

BYOB is A-OK at RE BBQ 👍🏽: If Coke, Diet Coke or Water ain't your thing, you are welcome to bring your own beverages from Drifter, Urbanrest, 9 & Hilton Market, or where-ever you get your libations. There is a bucket for refundable bottles & cans next to the patio exit. Non-refundable containers go in the trash.

I am deeply flattered that you would consider RE BBQ to provide food for your special event, but catering is not a service currently RE BBQ provides.  I hope your party goes great no matter who feeds it, though!

Enough of the restaurant administrivia, here is this week's eats!

The Menu for THURSDAY, 9/22/22:
Thursay's SPECIAL:
Smoked Beef Meatballs and Spaghetti - Beef, Romano Cheese and bread crumbs, rolled into balls and smoked, deep, rich tomato marinara, lightly smoked and triple-herbed. All of that loaded onto al dente spaghetti and topped with parmesan, mozzerella and cheddar cheeses and a bit of parsley. A big box of YUM on a blustery September evening. 

Thursday's MEATS:
1/2 lb Sliced Kielbasa - Kielbasa, sliced, smoked, served. tray.
1/2 lb Pulled Pork - dry rubbed, slow smoked pork shoulder. tray or sandwich.
1/2 lb Beef Brisket - dry rubbed, slow smoked brisket.  tray or sandwich.

Thursday's SIDES:
Cheesy Potato Casserole- Shredded potatoes, cheese, onions, cheese, sour cream and cheese.
Spinach and Cream - Spinach, onions, garlic, heavy cream.  
Cheezits - You know what a cheezit is.

CLOSED for FRIDAY, 9/23/22.

REminder: This is a one man operation. When there is a line, I take five orders, then box and bag those five orders before taking five more, lather, rinse, repeat. It moves pretty steadily most days.
