Juan Manuel González wrote on the details of his upcoming summer course, COVID-19 as an agent of social change: a multi-country analysis. 
Natalia Molina Ballester researched state surveillance and COVID-19 for a course on Media, Culture, and Global Politics with Nina Khrushcheva. Check out their full presentation and a summary of their research here. Meanwhile, Michael De Vulpillieres, another student in the course, investigated the French media's coverage of COVID-19. See their findings and presentation on our blog.
Application Extention (4/22): The Tishman Center has extended the deadline for the Student Award. This award is a new opportunity that will provide student project or research support related to climate, environmental justice, sustainability or equity. The impetus for these awards comes from the emerging desire to recognize and support student work during the very difficult COVID crisis. Students from any discipline or college at The New School may apply.
