I just wanted to pop in today and let you know of something I’m offering for FREE that may be of interest to you or someone you know.
For the next 6 months (starting Feb) I will be sending out a monthly “Slow Mama Practice Guide” to those who sign up to my “Slow Mama” email list. A short digital PDF workbook based on a monthly theme that will support you to make the lifestyle changes you’d like to make in 2019 to be calmer, more energised and easeful.
You can print off the workbook or simply use the information and questions in it to reflect on in your own journal. At your own pace. Let’s face it - it’s a lifetime’s practice to continually come back home to ourselves amidst the never-ending distractions of daily life. These workbooks have been created to assist you on that journey.
