Maureen Bracken has over 25 years experience in healing modalities. Massage, hypnotherapy, NLP, Emotional Freedom Technique and Brain Gym are the tools she uses and teaches to release stress, emotions and unwanted behavioural patterns, and to empower clients to restore balance to their busy lives.
Bridget-Anne Murray, a chef of 15 years, is Sous Chef at one of Australia’s top spa resorts. She is passionate about nutrition and wholefood cooking and gains great joy from seeing the impact food can have on overall health and wellbeing. She is also a yoga practitioner and meditation student.
Emma Waters is an Akhanda yoga teacher who shares the many tools of yoga to achieve physical, mental, emotional and spiritual vitality. Her teaching stems from over 15 years of yoga practice and personal healing. Her style of teaching enables all levels of yoga student to feel challenged but safe. She has a degree in education, and has worked for 15 years as a primary  school teacher.
