Hello Yogis!

And like that.....January is done and dusted!! How is the new year feeling so far? Are you living intentionally? In a way that is aligned with your values and desires? Or maybe it has started off in a bit of a blur - you’ve hit 2019 running and you can’t find the treadmill’s ‘off’ button.

My latest video may be of interest if you feel like you need some headspace to re-direct your energies and focus your attention.
I have a new clip below about making time for yourself - my 3 tips. If you’re a parent or carer of any description I urge you to put your own needs back at the top of your list so that you can continue your most valuable job with energy and passion.

A reminder below about my Tues evening block of classes starting 12th Feb 5-6pm and also the Yin Yoga and Mantra Medicine Sessions are starting up again this month - if you’ve not tried these yet you’re missing out!
