There's a certain crispness in the air this time of year. The leaves on the trees are starting to change, football season is in full swing, and jack-o-lanterns are starting to make their way onto front porches in every neighborhood. With the holiday season quickly approaching, I know many of you are already sprucing up your houses in anticipation of entertaining family and friends in a month or two. Besides festive decorations, perhaps your home is in need of a little fall facelift. In our latest blog, we have some inspiration for you, based on some popular fall home remodeling trends.
It's fall! This is one of my favorite times of the year. I love being outside with friends and family! We are gearing up for a change in our life, as you may know we have twins who are four months old but we also have our oldest turning 16! Alexis is almost 16, Ellie is 9, and the twins at four months, it's a great and rather crazy time! With so many things changing in our lives, we like to cling to the things that stay constant from time to time.
Below we have an article about the modern trends in kitchens and decor. I love keeping up with the current trends. We are always keeping up with the kids' current trends in clothing and everything. We are looking at Halloween costumes now for Ellie primarily; this is such a fun time. One day she wants to be a princess, then a witch, then a zombie, then a princess zombie! She finally settled on Marylin Monroe! It's so funny how there are so many costumes that stand the test of time, like a little girl being a princess or a witch, then there are those that come and go like Ninja Turtles or Power Rangers.
Trends are something we're always looking at for all the people we are so fortunate to work with. We want to provide something that looks great and updated but will continue to look great for years to come. It is one of the more fun challenges we are faced with and we love to tackle it!
I'll keep you updated on how Alexis does on her driver's test, how Ellie's Halloween costume turns out and all the other fun changes in our lives! I hope you and your family have a wonderful fall and are able to enjoy this time of year together.
Take care and God Bless!
