The holiday season is finally here. We're decorating, decluttering and cleaning our homes in preparation for holiday guests to arrive. Sometimes we get so busy during this time of year that we forget to take a step back and reflect on what we're thankful for. Amidst the holiday shopping, decorating, cooking and socializing, try taking a second to just breathe and enjoy this time of togetherness. If you plan on hosting your friends and family this year and are stressed about getting the house ready, we can help. In our blog, we've put together 5 easy home renovation tips that you can easily tackle in a weekend or less, and that won't break the bank. That means more presents for kiddos (or someone special) and more time spent with loved ones. Sounds like a win-win to us!
I love this time of year: the weather cooling off (although I never want it to get too cold), schedules around the house seem to be simpler and Thanksgiving. It is such a great time to be with the family and friends; it's one of my family’s favorite holidays. This year, we certainly have so much to be thankful for both personally and professionally. Our family is doing great, Alexis just started driving, Ellie is plugging away at 4th grade and just finished up her first season of soccer, and the twins are growing up healthy and happy!
We have been having a very blessed year in the business as well. We have had really great opportunities to work with some amazing people and create some amazing projects. We finished up a project recently that took us just over a year to complete; pictures will be coming soon! We have also hired several people this year as we grow. Our most recent hire is Chet Kent. Chet comes to us from VU. He's working with clients on the sales side as a Project Planner. He has already been calling a few of our past clients to talk with them about their experience so don’t be surprised if you get a call from him!
I hope that this newsletter finds you well and that you have a wonderful Thanksgiving. Thank you very much to all those who have allowed us to help them with their homes over the years. We consider it a real blessing!
